Doppelherz Mama Plus with DHA+folic acid capsules (pack size: 120 pc) are a dietary supplement, it contains 12 vitamins as well as 5 minerals and trace elements for increased need.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding or if you want to have children, the body must be supplied with sufficient nutrients for mother and child. A balanced diet plays an important role in this phase of life. The capsules of Doppelherz deliver 600 µg folic acid, B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and iodine per daily portion (2 capsules). Folic acid is a vital vitamin and has a function in cell division and contributes to the growth of the maternal tissue during pregnancy. Iodine plays a role in the normal production of the thyroid hormones that perform important tasks in the metabolism. Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and normal oxygen transport in the body. The need increases by double during pregnancy. Zink makes a contribution to the normal function of the immune system and to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium contributes to the normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system and muscles.

Recommended consumption of Doppelherz Mama Plus with DHA+folic acid capsules (pack size: 120 pc):

Daily 2 capsules (e.g. for lunch) or take over the day.

Hints

An additional iodine preparation should only be taken after consultation with the doctor.
Do not take iron storage disease and iron recycling disorders. From an amount of 3.5 mg zinc per day, further zinc -containing dietary supplements should be dispensed with.
Not suitable for children and adolescents.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a replacement for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
