Doppelherz Melatonin + magnesium
Sufficient and relaxing sleep is the prerequisite for a good day and important to stay fit and efficient. The sleep consists of several sleep cycles. Quiet and relaxation phases alternate with deep sleep phases. How much sleep a person needs is different. Basically, however, most people need at least seven to eight hours of sleep per night. Important prerequisites for a relaxing sleep are the environment, the inner calm, relaxed muscles and nerves. Age, the challenges of everyday life and/or physical stress through work or sport can result in an increased need for magnesium and B vitamins. The tablets contain a combination of 1 mg melatonin, 400 mg magnesium, the well -known plant substance lemon balm extract and vitamin B6. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that is formed by the pineal gland in the intermediate brain. The natural melatonin formation begins after darkness and culminates at 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. In the second half of the night it falls off again. Melatonin contributes to shortening the sleep time. In order for the positive effects to occur, 1 mg melatonin should be recorded shortly before bed. Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot form itself. Among other things, he supports normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 supports the normal function of the nervous system.
