Contraindications

Adults and children over 12 years:
The usual dosage is 1 to 2 sachets per day.
Maximum dose: 4 sachets per day.

Stir the contents of one sachet into water or other beverage (125ml per sachet) and drink immediately. It is recommended to take the product in the morning. If more than 1 sachet is needed per day, the intake can be split between morning and evening.

Patient notes

It helps a lot with flatulence if you have eaten something that causes problems, for example in my case. E.g. sauerkraut. Then I don't get any more stomach pains. Give it a try, I recommend it to you.
