An optimal nutritional component

Hemp nuts are among the most nutrient-dense foods of all. They are ideal for supplying the body with essential ingredients such as omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, vitamins, iron, potassium and magnesium in a natural and healthy way.

Nutritionally, hemp nuts are close to meat or whole protein, while being free of unhealthy fatty acids and cholesterol! That is why they are considered an excellent source of protein, which vegans and athletes in particular appreciate. They are also great for allergy sufferers as they naturally contain no nut allergens, lactose, gluten or cholesterol.

Use:
Thanks to their fine nutty taste, peeled hemp nuts can be integrated into the daily menu in a variety of ways. For example in yoghurt, muesli, salads, vegetables, pasta and rice dishes or baked goods. Lightly roasted, they unfold an even more intense nutty aroma.
