I can't agree.After four packs of 28 drinkable ampoules each, I haven't noticed any difference.I eat a healthy diet and am a complete non-smoker.It would be good to know when one notices a difference before taking it.The taste is good, very fruity.Therefore, I'm giving it two stars.
