I have been using this toothbrush for several years on the recommendation of my dentist. At the beginning you have to get used to the fact that it is shorter than the standard one. But you can easily get anywhere. Even my friend, who always feels like gagging at the back of his teeth, gets along better with this toothbrush, like one from the drugstore.
