Recommended intake of Enterolactis Duo

To support your gut flora, please follow these dosage recommendations:

• Children aged 3 and up: 1 sachet daily
• Teenagers and adults: 2 sachets daily

Stir the contents of one sachet into approximately 150 ml of cold or lukewarm liquid, such as water, tea, or milk. Ideally, drink the mixture on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If you are taking antibiotics at the same time:
Wait at least 3 hours after taking the antibiotic before taking Enterolactis Duo.

I took the Enterolactis Duo Sachets for three weeks – primarily as a supplement.Taking them is incredibly easy: the powder can be poured directly into the mouth or dissolved in water.It tastes pleasant and is convenient for on the go.I tolerated the product very well.The only minor drawback is the slightly higher price compared to similar products.However, you get good quality and two clinically tested bacterial strains.In short: Highly recommended!

I tried it and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.Easy to take and no strange aftertaste or anything.It's cool that it contains real live bacteria – sounds odd at first, but it makes sense for the gut.My first impression was definitely positive

I tried Enterolactis Duo in sachet form... It's incredibly easy to use: one sachet a day – that's it.The taste is pleasantly neutral, not artificial or too sweet.What I particularly like: ✔️ No refrigeration required – ideal for on the go ✔️ Well tolerated, even by sensitive stomachs. I can really recommend it – especially for anyone who doesn't want to take capsules.

I was allowed to test and review the product. There are different ways to take it; I chose the version with milk and I have to say you can't taste the product at all, and I think it really helps.I'm curious to see my conclusion after 20 days, as there are exactly 20 sachets in the package.
