Many years ago I learned about liquid Simeticone for my severe flatulence. I didn't find the effect convincing because the liquid didn't get into the intestines - in the Espumisan beads the simeticone goes exactly where it's needed: into the intestines! With the dosage of 40 mg per pearl you can dose exactly, depending on your needs I take 2-5 pearls. The effect usually occurs after just 30 minutes. I haven't noticed any side effects from Simeticone in over 10 years!
