Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, thickener: gum arabic, sucrose, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, starch, vegetable oil, color: titanium dioxide, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin K2 (menaquinone), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), antioxidant: α-tocopherol.

Contraindications

This product should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the above-mentioned ingredients.

Dosage

Recommended use of Eunova DuoProtect Vitamin D3+K2 4000IU/80UG (Pack size: 2 x 90 capsules):

Take 1 capsule daily with some water at any meal. Taking it with a meal containing oil or fat may have a positive effect on absorption.

People taking anticoagulant medications (coumarin-type) should consult their doctor before consuming vitamin K-containing supplements.

The dosage of 4,000 IU of vitamin D3 is based on the upper limit for safe intake (EFSA) and is suitable for short-term intensive vitamin D supplementation. After an initial "boosting dose" (lasting approximately one to three months), this should be switched to a lower dosage of 1,000 IU or 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 for continuous use.
