Flea seed shells have high swelling properties and valuable mucus-forming fiber.
Drink 2 teaspoons of psyllium husk with approx. 300ml of water daily. They also taste great as a supplement to yoghurt, muesli or fruit puree. Try it out!
Please make sure to drink 1-2l of water throughout the day.

Since I started eating psyllium husk, my digestion has improved very well. The product itself is fine and tasteful. I take it in the morning with my linseed oil quark with fruit.
