Flea seed shells have high swelling properties and valuable mucus-forming fiber.
Drink 2 teaspoons of psyllium husk with approx. 300ml of water daily. They also taste great as a supplement to yoghurt, muesli or fruit puree. Try it out!
Please make sure to drink 1-2l of water throughout the day.

Since I started taking psyllium husk, my digestion has become very regular.The product itself is delicious and flavorful.I take it in the morning with my flaxseed oil and fruit quark.
