Hello!So, you can provoke a cough and expectoration with this Gelo Muc device.However, since using it, I've been experiencing more frequent coughing fits with a real gagging reflex, not only when using the device but also when I'm overexerting myself.This is affecting my vocal cords.I'm not sure if it's good for me.I have very severe COPD.However, the device does have a cleansing effect.It's also robust.I guess everyone has to try it for themselves.
