The human body cannot produce quercetin itself and must obtain the flavonoid from food. There are some foods that contain the phytochemical. These include, among others:

Quercetin is a great natural substance that is obtained from the flower extract of the Japanese mustard tree in the capsules. The capsules help me against allergy problems.

I really like the Quercetin capsules. I had been aware of quercetin for a long time and I finally found a supplement that consists of purely plant-based quercetin and in which no synthetic quercetin is used.
