Application recommendation of H&S linden flowers (pack size: 20x1.8 g):

For the preparation, a bag of H&S linden flowers (pack size: 20x1.8 g) for a cup is sufficient. After pouring it over with hot water, the tea should pull for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1 glass/cup of tea 1-2 times a day.

Important NOTE: Always pour on the boiling water with bubble and let it steep according to the preparation recommendation (see above). This is the only way to get a safe food.
