Application:
Apply the tape at least 20 minutes before physical activity. Round the corners of the tape and gently tear the paper 3-4 cm from the end, then remove without touching the adhesive. Apply the tape as described in the instructions. Apply the base of the kinesiology tape without stretching and pulling, then apply with medium stretch. Reapply the end of the tape without stretching. After application, gently rub the tape with your hand to activate the adhesive.

The Physio Tape adheres securely, is breathable, waterproof and sweat-resistant. So it sticks firmly to the skin during training and in the water. The kinesiology tape is latex-free and is therefore also suitable for people with a latex allergy.
