AMOUNT: 2 x 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per day

I ordered it on the recommendation of my alternative practitioner. Because I have a major dental history that involves taking antibiotics. The tea really takes some getting used to because it tastes very bitter. I started with the tip of a knife in some hot water twice a day and slowly have to get used to the taste. After taking it for a short time, I can't say whether it actually helps, but it is said to work wonders in stimulating the metabolism, detoxifying and strengthening the immune system. So it can't do any harm under any circumstances.

Is a great product for heartburn and intestinal problems. I can only recommend it because I use it and after many searches I have finally found something natural for my gastrointestinal problems instead of medication.
