Field of use

Herbion Efeu 7mg/ML (pack size: 150 ml) is a vegetable medicine for the mucus solution in the event of a cough with expense, it contains ivy leaves dry extract. For use in children from 2 years and adults.

The active ingredient is: ivy leaves dry extract.

1 ml syrup contains 7 mg dry extract made of ivy leaves (Hedera Helix L., folium) (5-7.5): 1. Extract: Ethanol 30 % (m/m).

The other components are: Sorbitol solution 70 % (not crystallizing) (Ph. EUR.), Glycerol, sodium benzoat, citronic acid monohydrate, lemon lemoness aroma (ethanol), cleaned water.

Other components in the extract still contain in traces: Simeticon

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the above -mentioned ingredients, this product should not be used.

dosage

Application recommendation of Herbion Efeu 7mg/ml (pack size: 150 ml):

The usual dose for young people from the age of 12, adults and older patients is 5 - 7.5 ml syrup twice a day.

Application in children: The usual dose for children from 6 to 11 years is 5 ml syrup twice a day.

The usual dose for children from 2 to 5 years is 2.5 ml syrup twice a day.

The application in children under 2 years is contraindicated.
