For the short-term treatment of sleep disorders.

Therefore, long-term insomnia should not be treated with long-term treatment Hoggar^® Night, but the doctor treating you should be consulted. Hoggar^® Melatonin gently helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin is an endogenous hormone that is produced in the pineal gland. Through its function in certain areas of the brain helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate subjective sensations of jet lag. The taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime contributes to a shorter time to fall asleep.

Melatonin can also help with jet lag: a dose of at least 0.5 mg melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the travel destination helps to alleviate subjective jet lag sensations.
