Aurica Elderflower tea from the reinforced flowers of the black elder is an effective remedy for colds and flu infections. It has an expectorant and slightly sweaty and relieves cold complaints such as coughing. Its calming effect Aurica elderflower also makes tea a gentle helper for sleep disorders.

Dosage instructions and type of application: Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk as hot as possible: 2 teaspoon of elderflower (approx. 3 g) with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and about 10 - let it steep for 15 minutes.

Contraindications: There are no sufficiently documented examinations for the use of elderflower during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under the age of 12. Tea infusions from elderflower should therefore not be drunk from this group of people.
