The Herb-Würzige Aurica Hoptail tea is an effective medicine to calm down in nervous restlessness and anxiety during the day and for sleep disorders. The relaxing effect of the hop cones is based primarily on the interaction of valuable ingredients. They improve the ability to finish stress and nervous stress and thus counteract nervous sleep disorders.

Composition: Incutable component: Hop cones

Dosage instructions and type of application: Unless otherwise prescribed, 2 - 3 x daily in the event of unrest and anxiety is drunk with 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows: 1 heaped teaspoon of hop panels (approx. 0.5 g) with boiling. Pour water (approx. 150 ml) over and let it steep for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Contraindications: There are no sufficient examinations to use hops during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 12 years. Tea infusions from hop cones should therefore not be drunk from this group of people.
