Instructions for Use
How to use?
Take the medicine with liquid (e.g., 1 glass of water).
Duration of use?
Without medical advice, you should not use the medicine for more than 3 days for migraine headaches or fever, or for more than 4 days for pain relief.Adolescents should not use the medicine for more than 3 days without medical advice.If symptoms worsen, medical advice should always be sought.
Overdose?
An overdose can cause, among other things, headache, dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, a drop in blood pressure, drowsiness, and breathing difficulties.If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.
Missed a dose?
Continue taking the medication as prescribed at the next scheduled time (do not double the dose).
In general, pay particular attention to accurate dosing, especially for infants, young children, and the elderly.If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any potential effects or precautions.

How does the active ingredient in the medicine work?The active ingredient belongs to a group of substances that are effective against pain and inflammation and can reduce fever.All three effects are primarily based on the inhibition of a naturally occurring substance called prostaglandin.This substance acts as a messenger and must be present for pain to be perceived, inflammatory reactions to be triggered, or body temperature to rise.

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Blood disorders
- Ulcers in the digestive tract, including a history of ulcers
- Bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, including a history of bleeding
- Gastrointestinal perforation, including a history of perforation associated with the use of certain drugs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs/NSAIDs)
- Active bleeding, such as:
- Cerebral hemorrhage
- Severely impaired liver function
- Severely impaired kidney function
- Severe heart failure
- Severe dehydration
Under certain circumstances - consult your doctor or pharmacist:
- Gastrointestinal problems
- InflammatoryIntestinal diseases, including a history of such diseases, such as:
- Crohn's disease
- Ulcerative colitis
- Blood clotting disorder
- High blood pressure
- Coronary artery disease (impaired blood flow to the heart muscle)
- Possible risk of narrowing of the blood vessels in the heart, such as:
- Elevated blood lipid levels
- Diabetes mellitus
- Smoking
- Peripheral circulatory disorders (e.g., arms, legs)
- Cerebral circulatory disorders
- Collagenoses (diseases in connective tissue), such as:
- Lupus erythematosus
- Mixed connective tissue disease (inflammatory rheumatic disease)Collagenosis)
- Porphyria (metabolic disorder)
- Recent major surgery
- Chickenpox
- Heart failure
- Impaired kidney function
- Impaired liver function
Which age group should be considered?
- Children under 12 years: This medicine should generally not be used in this age group.There are preparations that are more suitable in terms of strength and/or dosage form.
- Children and adults weighing less than 40 kg: This medication should generally not be used in this group.
- Elderly patients aged 65 and over: Treatment should be carefully coordinated with your doctor and closely monitored, e.g., through frequent check-ups.The desired effects and unwanted side effects of the medication may be increased or decreased in this group.

Side effects
What unwanted effects can occur?- Gastrointestinal complaints, such as:
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Heartburn
- Flatulence
- Diarrhea
- Constipation
- Abdominal pain
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Tar-like stools; if this occurs, please consult a doctor immediately
- Gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining)
- Ulcers in the digestive tract, which can also perforate
- Inflammation of the oral mucosa
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Insomnia
- Fatigue
- Irritability
- Agitation
- Hypersensitivity reactions of the skin, such as:
- Skin rash
- Itching
- Episodes of shortness of breath
- Visual disturbances; if this occurs, please consult a doctor immediately
- Worsening of a chronic inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis)
- Worsening of a chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract (Crohn's disease)
- Mouth ulcer

- With prolonged use of painkillers, headaches may occur that are caused by the painkiller.Talk to your doctor to prevent your headaches from becoming chronic.
- The habitual use of painkillers can lead to permanent kidney damage.The risk increases if several painkillers are combined, or if a painkiller contains several active ingredients.
