Take the medicine.Shake well before use.
Duration of use?
Without medical advice, you should not use the medicine for more than 3 days in children aged 6 months to 12 years.For infants aged 3-5 months, you should seek medical advice if symptoms worsen, or at the latest after 24 hours if symptoms persist.If symptoms worsen, medical advice should always be sought.
Overdose?
An overdose may cause, among other things, headache, dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, a drop in blood pressure, drowsiness, and breathing difficulties.If you suspect an overdose, consult a doctor immediately.

Mode of Action
How does the active ingredient in the medicine work?The active ingredient belongs to a group of substances that have both pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects and can reduce fever.All three effects are primarily based on the inhibition of a substance produced naturally in the body, called prostaglandin.This substance must be present as a messenger substance in order for pain to be felt, inflammatory reactions to be triggered, or body temperature to be raised.

Contraindications
What are the contraindications?Always:
- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, including a history of it
- Ulcers in the digestive tract, including a history of it
- Gastrointestinal perforation, in the history of it in connection with the use of certain medications (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)
- Active bleeding, such as:
- Cerebral hemorrhage
- Severely impaired liver function
- Severely impaired kidney function
- Severe heart failure
- Blood disorders
- Severe dehydration
In certain circumstances - consult your doctor or pharmacist:
- Gastrointestinal complaints
- Inflammatory bowel diseases, including a history of them, such as:
- Crohn's disease
- Ulcerative colitis
- Blood clotting disorders
- High blood pressure
- Coronary heart disease (impaired blood flow to the heart muscle)
- Impaired blood flow to the cerebral vessels
- Impaired peripheral blood flow (e.g. Arms, legs)
- Possible risk of vasoconstriction in the heart, such as in:
- Increased fat concentration in the blood
- Diabetes mellitus (diabetes)
- Smoking
- Collagenoses (changes in the connective tissue area), such as:
- Lupus erythematosus
- Mixed connective tissue disease (inflammatory rheumatic collagenosis)
- Porphyria (metabolic disease)
- Major surgery that has recently taken place
- Chickenpox
Which age group should be considered?
- Infants in the first 2 months of life: The medicine should generally not be used in this age group.
- Infants under 5 kg body weight: The medicine should generally not be used in this group.
- Elderly patients aged 65 years and over: Treatment should be carefully coordinated with your doctor and monitored, e.g., through close monitoring.The desired effects and undesirable side effects of the medicine may be increased or reduced in this group.

- Pregnancy: Consult your doctor.Various considerations play a role in whether and how the medicine can be used during pregnancy.

Side effects
What adverse effects may occur?- Gastrointestinal complaints, such as:
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Heartburn
- Flatulence
- Diarrhea
- Constipation
- Abdominal pain
- Bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract
- Tarry stools; if this occurs, consult a doctor immediately
- Gastritis
- Ulcers in the digestive tract, which may also rupture
- Inflammation of the oral mucosa
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Insomnia
- Irritability
- Agitation
- Hypersensitivity reactions of the skin, such as:
- Rash
- Itching
- Attacks of shortness of breath
- Visual disturbances; if these occur, consult a doctor immediately
- Worsening of chronic inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis)
- Worsening of chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract (Crohn's disease)
- Hives (urticaria) caused by medication
- Mouth ulcer

What should you be aware of?- Your ability to react may be impaired even when used as directed, especially at higher doses or in combination with alcohol.Pay particular attention if you are driving or operating machinery (including household machinery) that could cause injury.

- Long-term use of painkillers may result in headaches caused by the painkiller itself.Talk to your doctor to prevent your headaches from becoming chronic.
- Habitual use of painkillers can lead to permanent kidney damage.If several painkillers are combined, or if one painkiller contains multiple active ingredients, the risk increases.
- Caution: Patients with nasal polyps, chronic respiratory infections, asthma, or a tendency to allergic reactions such as hay fever: This medication may trigger an asthma attack or a severe allergic skin reaction.Therefore, consult your doctor before use.
- Caution if you are allergic to painkillers!
- Caution if you are allergic to the sweetener saccharin (E number E 954)!
- Caution if you are intolerant to fructose (fruit sugar).If you must follow a diabetic diet, you should take the sugar content into account.
