Adolescents aged 12 and over and adults (over 40 kg body weight)

1 Capsule

1-3 times daily

at 6-hour intervals, with meals

- Severely impaired liver function
- Severely impaired kidney function
- Severe heart failure
- Active bleeding, such as

- Severe dehydration
