Sporting activities - cycling, horseback riding, running or water sports - often cause friction and pressure on the skin. The result: irritated and chafed areas on the skin and thus a noticeable limitation in physical activity.

i love riding, but because of my very tight riding breeches and saddle, I got saddle sores and couldn't ride until they cleared up.Now I'm preventing it with Ilon ointment, and it works really well.

Hello, I use this ointment for a variety of things, for example, when diving.The seam of my wetsuit is right under my arms where the skin is particularly sensitive.So, before putting on the suit, I apply a thin layer of the ointment to the affected area, and it works great even underwater.When hiking, I often have the problem of my ankles rubbing against my high hiking boots. Applying a layer of the ointment, putting on socks and boots, and there are no more pressure points or reddened skin.My only criticism is the price, which in my opinion could be a bit lower. 4.5 out of 5 stars

Hello, I've been using Ilon Protect ointment for about two years. I'm an ice hockey player, or rather, now a coach, and therefore on the ice 3-4 times a week.This puts a lot of strain on the feet, especially the skin on them.Despite insoles and properly fitting liners, I've always had blisters and pressure points.That's why we keep at least one tube of Ilon Protect in our locker room so that anyone with foot problems can protect their feet and avoid excessive pain.We're very happy with the results, but I'm deducting one star for the somewhat high price.

We use Ilon Protects ointment on our feet when skiing and cross-country skiing.We were skiing in Austria over the Christmas and New Year holidays, and of course, Ilon Protects ointment was with us.As always, the ointment did its job and prevented pressure points and blisters on our feet.Unfortunately, the tube didn't last the entire vacation, so we were without ointment for the last two days (it was also the weekend, so no pharmacies were open nearby), and on the second day, I got my first blister on my big toe.Luckily, we left then, otherwise it would have been painful.I will definitely order the 200ml pack for our next vacation.5 stars.

I only use Ilon Protect ointment in winter when skiing and ice skating.I have very wide feet and have always had problems with shoes, especially ski boots and skates, as they need to be particularly tight.Besides insoles and thick socks, I apply Ilon Protect ointment to my feet. It protects against red, burning skin and has a pleasant cooling effect.I also find that it distributes pressure more evenly across the skin.The pleasant scent is another plus; it significantly reduces the smell of ski boots.I just ordered another pack for winter. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is excellent, hence 5 stars
