Avitale's ginger capsules contain 500 mg of ginger and various vitamins, including a generous 180 mg of vitamin C. The vitamin C content seems quite high for three capsules a day.Is that really a good thing?However, we expect good results from ginger due to its anti-inflammatory properties, especially for joint pain and other ailments, particularly in combination with curcumin.This combination is said to be quite effective for joint pain and mild inflammatory conditions.But to see the benefits, consistent use over a longer period is necessary...
