After over a year and a half of terrible bowel problems that changed drastically every day (diarrhea in the morning, constipation from midday onwards, and bloating in the evening so severe I couldn't button my pants and looked like I was three months pregnant), everyone can imagine what that does to your mental health, sex life, and relationships—it's simply a huge burden. I've been taking Inoval IBS almost continuously since August. It's my salvation; all my symptoms are gone, as if by magic. I stopped taking it twice for short periods, but unfortunately, the symptoms returned very quickly. Therefore, I'll continue taking it as long as I need it, even forever if necessary.

This is the only thing that has helped me with my irritable bowel syndrome so far.I take the product regularly and have never had any problems.

I've been taking Innovall IBS capsules for almost a year now and have had mostly very positive experiences.My stool consistency and symptoms have improved somewhat, something hardly any other probiotic has managed to do for me. I started taking this probiotic when I learned that the excipients in the product had been changed for the better (for me and my allergies); instead of maltose starch, potato starch is now used.Additionally, the capsule is made of cellulose and not gelatin (which many people can't tolerate or don't want to take), and there are no other fillers that I consider harmful.While there have been positive developments regarding fillers in probiotics in recent years, so that you find products with gelatin, lactosses, etc., much less frequently, this is still a positive point, as it's unfortunately not a given.Unfortunately, many probiotics also contain fructose, inulin, etc. (as food for the bacterial strains), which can cause problems for people with fructose intolerance. However, these are not present in this product.This probiotic also contains "only" one strain of lactic acid bacteria, which is advantageous for sensitive individuals because it's easier to tell if that particular strain is beneficial. The likelihood of tolerating it is also higher. A person with a highly irritable bowel can quickly react negatively to a probiotic with ten or more strains. Unfortunately, these preparations are increasingly displacing those with only one or two strains, especially online. Of course, a multi-strain probiotic also has its advantages, but the risks for sensitive individuals should also be considered. As mentioned, it's also important to remember that with such a product, it's impossible to know which strain will be helpful, or whether certain strains might be counterproductive and the effect would be better without them. The only minor drawbacks for me are the unusual packaging sizes and the price. While not exorbitantly high, it's still a relatively significant financial burden, as someone with irritable bowel syndrome could potentially need the product for life.It would also be helpful if, as with other probiotics, samples could be obtained from a doctor.I would also be very pleased if the company were to bring other probiotics with one or two strains and so few fillers to market.Preparations containing bifidobacteria would also be welcome.
