Inulin 100% organic powder

Prebiotic food with inulin from the agave
Inulin is a natural, probiotic fiber and serves to upgrade a often low -fiber diet. The fiber in the inulin regulates the bowel activity and lead to an enrichment of the bifidobacteria in the large intestine. In this way, Inulin contributes to improving the intestinal flora.

Ingredients: 100% inulin, from controlled organic cultivation
Vegan and naturally free of lactose and gluten.

application
Use: Mix 15 g powder (approx. 3 heaped teaspoons) into any drink (approx. 200ml), into muesli, curd cheese, yogurt or dessert. Then drink enough liquid.

Also suitable for binding dishes.

Note: Pay attention to sufficient fluid intake when consuming fiber!
The powder should be kept dry and protected by light.

I ordered this 100% organic inulin powder from Aleavedis Naturprodukte GmbH to mix into buttermilk and make a shake.The powder is a dietary fiber that, together with the buttermilk, is supposed to help with constipation.And I can definitely confirm its effectiveness.If you don't like the pure buttermilk taste, you can sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top.Then the shake is easier to drink.One serving is about 250 ml of buttermilk with 2 teaspoons of inulin, frothed with a powerful milk frother in a tall glass.Enjoy!
