Dietary supplements

Ingredients2,3,4:
Sweetener sorbitol, vitamin C, ferrous fumarate, folate (folic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vegetable oil (palm oil), flavoring (black currant).

Storage Instructions:
Please keep out of the reach of small children and do not store above 25°C.

Instructions for use/recommended consumption:
consume the contents of one stick once a day. Put the granules directly on the tongue, let them melt and swallow.

My gynecologist recommended these iron supplements to me.I'm pregnant and supposed to take one stick every day because my iron levels are too low.I definitely think they taste better than "herbal blood tonic" and they dissolve quickly in the mouth.I can recommend this product.

This is the second time I've ordered Verla's iron sticks.Initially, I was a bit skeptical about whether I'd tolerate the iron well.I've had trouble tolerating doctor-prescribed iron supplements and other iron tablets in the past, as they upset my stomach.This isn't the case with these iron sticks; they taste pleasant—not too sweet and, most importantly, not artificial.So far, my iron levels have improved slightly, and my fatigue and exhaustion have significantly decreased.They work very well for me personally and are a stomach-friendly alternative, as they dissolve in the mouth and are absorbed through the oral mucosa.The price is fair, and the formula doesn't contain many ingredients.
