Absorbing vitamin D is very difficult, especially in winter, as the sun hardly shines anymore. I got a tip from my mother-in-law that this spray exists and that it has already improved her vitamin D levels. So far I can say that it is very convenient as I don't need extra water to take it and I love the fresh peppermint taste. I really feel ready for winter and the sunless days now.

I started taking it in the fall. Super practical in spray form as I can use it straight away without having to get water or swallow tablets!
