Getting enough vitamin D is especially difficult in winter, since the sun hardly shines anymore.My mother-in-law recommended this spray, saying it had improved her vitamin D levels.So far, I can say it's very convenient because I don't need any extra water to take it, and I love the fresh peppermint flavor.I now feel truly ready for winter and the sunless days ahead.

I started using it in the fall.The spray form is super convenient, as I can use it directly without having to get water or swallow pills!
