Aurica calamus root tea is an aromatic herbal tea specialty. Because of its bitter taste, it is often drunk as a non-alcoholic bitter and to stimulate the appetite. Sweet flag contains tannins, bitter substances and essential oils. In Germany, the plant is therefore also known as "stomach root.

Ingredients: calamus root, cut

Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 - 2 teaspoons for 1 cup and let steep for 5 - 10 minutes.
