Contraindications

Dosage

Apply Klosterfrau Arnica Intensive Cream (pack size: 100 ml) to the skin several times a day as needed and massage in thoroughly. The amount of cream to be used varies depending on the skin area. It is recommended to apply a 4 cm long strip of cream for an area of approximately 8 cm x 8 cm, or correspondingly less for smaller areas.

Please wash your hands under running lukewarm water after use. Please close the tube tightly after each use.
