I suffer from severe insomnia and I used 1.85 mg Melatonin Plus. in a period of 30 days lived at the sea. Specifically that in the morning also half tablet of 10mg Entact (Escilatopram). For my experience, Pisso say that the product works, because it made me sleep from 4 and a half hours to 5 hours.

Efficace anche per insonnie irriducibili e persistenti. Può essere una valida sostituzione dei farmaci SRI , che hanno forti effetti collaterali.
