Kneipp Melatonin Plus - Fall Asleep Better
Dietary supplement with melatonin, vitamin B6, zinc, valerian root and passionflower extract

Dual effect
Fall asleep faster: 2.0 mg melatonin (1)
Relaxed night: Vitamin B6 (2). With zinc, valerian, and passionflower

(1) Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime.
(2) Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

- 1.4 mg Vitamin B6 (100%*)
- 10 mg Zinc (100%*)
- 120 mg Valerian Root Extract**

Recommended Use
Swallow 1 tablet whole with plenty of liquid shortly before bedtime. Melatonin should not be consumed with alcohol.

Notes
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Children, adolescents, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, women trying to conceive, and individuals suffering from liver, kidney, or autoimmune diseases should not take this dietary supplement. Individuals taking medication should only consume melatonin after consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Melatonin should only be taken for short periods, a maximum of three weeks.

Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Keep out of reach of small children.
