Instructions for use

The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.

How should I use it?
Take the medicine whole with liquid (e.g., 1 glass of water). Do not take it while lying down.

Duration of use?

I took one and was very skeptical beforehand. The tablet wasn't really for me, as it didn't smell very nice, but it helped a lot with my inner restlessness and I was able to sleep well.
