dosage

We recommend eating twice two capsules Vitamaze L-arginine high-dose 4,500 mg (pack size: 360 pc) (morning and evening) with 1-2 glasses each (300-400ml) the meals. With intensive efforts, up to three times two capsules per day can be taken temporarily. To do this, take two other capsules with sufficient fluid 30 minutes before the special performance request.
