Linusit gold flax seed sources much longer and stronger than normal flax seeds. For diet management in the event of intestinal profit with constipation: Consumption of 15g gold flax seeds (2 dosing spoons) each. Only 1 dosing spoon for children from 6-12 years. Drink 1-2 glasses of water, but at least 150ml. Please pay attention to a plenty of fluid supply per day. For diet management in the event of intestinal profit with mucosal irritation or with diverticula: Stir in 15g Linusit Gold linseed (2 dosing spoons) into approx. 400 ml of water and, if necessary, bring to the boil briefly. Stir every now and then and let it swell for several hours. Then consume flax seed gel preparation with seeds or sifted without seeds.
