Summer vacation feels like ages ago, and my next one isn't until Christmas.Lioran is helping me fall asleep a little easier in the evenings and avoid replaying the day in my mind.I highly recommend it because it's purely herbal.That's what my pharmacist told me.Apparently, that's the big difference compared to other, chemical medications.Anyway, it's really helping me.I can fall asleep easily and no longer lie awake for hours.I'm currently taking two capsules in the evening, about an hour before bedtime.

I can highly recommend Lioran.I had severe sleep problems due to extreme stress at work and couldn't unwind or switch off after work.A colleague recommended Lioran, so I bought and tried it right away.I was very pleasantly surprised; it worked immediately, and I was able to sleep properly again.I changed jobs and returned to a normal work life, so I stopped taking Lioran.But for sleep problems or similar issues, it will definitely be my first choice in the future!
