All good things come from the stomach: I've read a lot about how it strengthens the immune system through the addition of beneficial bacteria, so I think it'll be quite useful in winter.My stomach feels a bit better and isn't as swollen anymore, which is the second reason I bought it, and it's helping.

The product delivers on its promises.I'm already on my second pack.My attitude towards food has changed.I can now tell when I'm truly hungry.I no longer feel the need to finish everything on my plate; I stop when I'm full.I've even lost weight.I'm no longer worried that it might change again.It's incredible that bacteria can cause this.
