We use Magnesium Diasporal regularly. The granules taste delicious and are easy and quick to take. I find it very practical that you don't have to dissolve it in water or drink something with it. Perhaps the granules should be a little finer so that they don't feel quite so gritty in the mouth. But this is criticism at a high level and if it were too subtle, it would be harder to swallow (or you would choke). Overall, I think I also noticed a positive effect from taking it. Unfortunately, I often suffer from tension in my shoulders and neck and the resulting headaches. Since I've been swallowing a sachet of Magnesium Diasporal 400 every day, things have gotten a lot better. My husband is an avid cyclist. He said that with Magnesium Diasporal his calves would stay looser, even on strenuous tours. All in all, I can recommend Magnesium Diasporal.
