We use Magnesium Diasporal regularly.The granules taste good and are easy and quick to take.I find it very convenient that you don't have to dissolve them in water or drink anything with them.Perhaps the granules could be a bit finer so they don't feel quite so gritty in the mouth.But that's nitpicking, and if they were too fine, they would be harder to swallow (or you might choke).Overall, I also think I've noticed a positive effect from taking it.I often suffer from tension in my shoulders and neck, which causes headaches.Since I started taking a sachet of Magnesium Diasporal 400 daily, this has improved significantly.My husband is an avid cyclist.He says that with Magnesium Diasporal, his calves stay more relaxed, even on strenuous rides.All in all, I can definitely recommend Magnesium Diasporal.
