The drinking granulate of the Diasporal^® Extra class.
EXTRA STRONG. Extra fruity.

Dietary supplements with increased magnesium requirements. With sweetener. Sugar-free. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Ingredients:
Magnesium citrate (40.9%), orange fruit powder (maltodextrin, orange juice concentrate 4.5%), acidification: citric acid, potassium hydrogen carbonate, orange aroma, sweetener: Sucralose, dyes: riboflavin and prayer red

I tried these sticks after trying the ones from the drugstore. What I noticed about this product was its very pleasant taste.It's incredibly easy to use, and since then I've had significantly fewer cramps and symptoms caused by magnesium deficiency. I can highly recommend this product to everyone, even though the price is a bit steep

I've been testing Diasporal's magnesium drinking granules for the past four weeks.Magnesium contributes to the normal function of muscles and the nervous system and should be obtained through food, or through supplements like these high-dose drinking granules, which only need to be consumed once a day.One stick contains 400mg of magnesium, which corresponds to 107% of the average daily requirement according to EU regulations (information from the packaging).Simply put the granules in an empty glass, add water, let it dissolve, and drink.Please follow this order, otherwise the granules won't dissolve completely and might crystallize.The taste is fruity, like orange, but not particularly appealing to me.But that's a matter of personal preference.I tend to get nighttime leg cramps, but I haven't had any for three weeks, so the product is definitely working.I can therefore recommend it
