I also received the new batch two days ago, but what I noticed is that the honey is solid and not normally liquid.I've been using Manuka honey for years, and every batch has been liquid, but this one isn't.It's supposed to be stored below 25 degrees Celsius, and even in winter it was always liquid.What could be the reason for this?

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the product itself.I ordered it based on the picture (label with flowers).However, I received a different product (as stated in the "fine print": image, color may vary).Therefore, I'm not sure if I received genuine Manuka honey (for this price).
