Medihoney ™ antibacterial wound gel is a preparation for topical use in chronic and acute Wun den.

With a special formulation, 80 % medihoneytm of antibacterial medical manuka honey were combined with natural growth and oils in order to obtain a gel with a high viscosity for the light application and good rinsing properties when changing the tank.

Medihoney ™ antibacterial wound gel has been shown to have the following clinically effective properties:

- Inhibition of bacteria on the wound reason (effectively against more than 200 clinical isolates)

- Fast and effective autolytic debridement of occupied and necrotic wounds
