Melatonin is an endogenous hormone that controls sleep and is released when it gets dark. Usually takes e.g As we age, the production of melatonin in the body decreases. Here, melatonin 1mg capsules can naturally support the body in shortening the time it takes to fall asleep.

Ingredients:
Corn Starch, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Melatonin, Color Titanium Dioxide
Consumption recommendation:
Take one capsule in the evening just before going to bed with sufficient liquid. The positive effect occurs with a minimum intake of 1 mg melatonin if this is taken shortly before going to bed.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
