One Melatonin+ strip contains 1.5 mg of melatonin and the metabolic vitamin B6, making it a two-component preparation for restful sleep. The sleep hormone, which helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep, ensures sufficient and restful sleep. This is extremely important for physical and mental regeneration. Sleep rhythms can be coordinated by taking melatonin, which breaks down in the body after approximately 6 hours. INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
