I have been using the product for many years and have been very satisfied. Then the packaging was no longer made of cardboard but of plastic and the floss ends were significantly deteriorated. If the space between the teeth is not hit immediately when threading, the threading threads, which are now less reinforced, will immediately kink and have to be laboriously cut off in order to be able to continue to be used. Unfortunately, this happens all the time. Annoyed, I decided to try another product that was recommended to me by my dentist and offers better threading options.
