I've been using this toothbrush for years.Based on how it feels in my mouth, I'm certain it provides a significantly better cleaning effect than other products.It's certainly not cheap, but it's worth the price.

Besides my electric toothbrush, I often alternate using this one because I suffer from very sensitive gums.It's very pleasant, not too soft and not too hard.
