Mimoses, also called silver acacia, is an evergreen tree with springs -up blue -green silvery leaves and sun yellow flower heads, which thrives in warm climates such as the Mediterranean. The mimosa becomes up to 12 meters high. Mimosewood is used for furniture production, the flowers and branch tips are popular cut flowers in winter. Mimosen absolute is an estimated raw material in the perfumerie.
