Instructions for use

The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.

How should it be used?
Take the medicine undiluted.

Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 4-5 days without medical advice.

Overdose?
An overdose may cause restlessness, vomiting, diarrhea, and a drop in blood pressure. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

Forgotten a dose?
Continue taking the medication as usual at the next prescribed time (i.e., do not take twice the dose).

In general, pay careful attention to the dosage, especially with infants, small children, and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any side effects or precautions.

Mode of action

How does the active ingredient in the drug work?

The active ingredient loosens trapped mucus in the respiratory tract. The thick mucus becomes thinner, and its adhesion to the mucous membranes of the bronchi decreases. This reduces mucus and makes coughing easier.
When applied topically, the active ingredient can numb the surface of mucous membranes and thus, for example, temporarily relieve a sore throat.

Contraindications

Which age group should be considered?
- Children under 12 years of age: This medicine must not be used.
