Instructions for use for MUCOZINK Powder, 300 g

MUCOZINK® - For skin and intestinal mucosa

• Vitamin A, vitamin B2, biotin and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.
• Zinc and vitamin C help maintain normal skin.
• Zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin D, folic acid and magnesium support cell division.
• Vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin E, copper, zinc and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress.
• Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
• Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
• Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
• Vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid as well as copper and magnesium contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism.
The additionally contained amino acids L-glutamine and taurine are important substrates of the intestinal mucosa cells.

Consumption recommendation
Ingestion only once a day.
Pour the daily portion of powder 20 g (depending on the product selection 2 level measuring spoons or 1 sachet) into an empty glass and dissolve in approx. 200 ml of still water while stirring. Drink with or after a meal. Alternatively, the daily portion can be divided into two meals.

Special groups of people
• Children aged 11-14 take 2 heaped teaspoons (13 g) once a day.
• Children aged 4-10 take 1 heaped teaspoon (7 g) once a day.
• In consultation with the gynecological specialist also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Mucozink has a pleasant taste and is therefore easier to take than, for example, pure glutamine powder and vitamin capsules.However, it must also be clearly stated that for optimal absorption, selenium and vitamin C, for example, should be taken separately.

My husband describes it as being very well tolerated!After just 14 days, he already feels fitter and has the impression that it's doing him good all around!Furthermore, he even takes it on his own... he remembers to do it himself (and that alone is reason enough, since he's generally reluctant to take supplements... please don't comment... it's true!)
