Application recommendation:

What is the difference between Mutaflor® and a laxative?
While Mutaflor® contains natural intestinal bacteria for the gentle regulation of the intestine, classic laxatives have a different effect. Although this causes quick stool emptying, it also carries risks, especially with frequent use, since the intestine quickly gets used to the constant stimulation by the laxative and thus "forgets" its natural empty reflexes.

I have many food intolerances and an autoimmune disease, and Mutaflor was recommended to me by a nutritionist.I started with Mutaflor mite, which I tolerated really well.However, Mutaflor causes bloating for me, unfortunately not just in the first few days.Nevertheless, I will continue taking it, as my digestive problems have improved overall.

I was recommended Mutaflor for long-term use at the beginning of May and have been taking it for two weeks now.My gut flora is already much more balanced, and bothersome constipation as well as occasional diarrhea have significantly decreased.I take two capsules a day.Taking them is also quite pleasant, as they are easy to swallow.

I've been using Mutaflor for years, and while it's quite expensive, it's a top-notch product compared to other probiotics.It's suitable for large intestine issues.Another product from the same company, called Paidoflor, is for the small intestine.Mutaflor has helped me with skin problems and intestinal infections, among other things.I noticed significant improvements just a few days after starting to take it.
