Instructions for use
How should it be used?
Take the medicine whole with liquid (e.g., 1 glass of water).
Duration of use?
The medicine should only be used once per migraine attack.
Overdose?
An overdose may cause, among other things, dizziness, loss of coordination, and fatigue. If an overdose is suspected, consult a doctor immediately.
In general, pay careful attention to the dosage, especially for infants, small children, and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any side effects or precautions.
The dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor adjusts the dosage individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his or her instructions.

How does the active ingredient in the medicine work?The active ingredient comes into contact with special binding sites in the body, the so-called 5HT-1 receptors. This contact triggers the following reactions: the blood vessels that dilate during a migraine contract again, and the release of certain neurotransmitters that trigger pain and inflammation is stopped.

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- History of heart attack
- Coronary heart disease (impaired blood flow to the heart muscle)
- Prinzmetal's angina (a specific form of angina pectoris)

- History of stroke
- Circulatory disorders in the brain region, including a history of a stroke (transient ischemic attack)
- High blood pressure

- Possible risk of vasoconstriction in the heart, such as:
- Smoking
- Nicotine replacement therapy
- Increased blood fat concentration (especially cholesterol) in menopausal women and men over 40
- Obesity in menopausal women and men over 40
- Diabetes mellitus (diabetes) in menopausal women and men over 40

- Children and adolescents under 18 years of age: This medicine must not be used.

NARATRIPTAN ADGC® for migraine is used to treat acute migraine headaches in adults between 18 and 65 years of age. The active ingredient naratriptan constricts blood vessels, thus specifically treating the symptoms of migraine, which can be caused by the temporary, painful dilation of blood vessels in the head. This, in turn, not only helps relieve acute headaches, but also the accompanying symptoms of a migraine attack, such as nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and noise.
• WIRKSAM BEI MIGRAINE:
NARATRIPTAN ADGC for migraine is suitable for the acute treatment of headaches in migraine attacks with and without aura.
• LINDERUNG DER ASSOCIATED SYMPTOMS:

• LANGANHALTENDE EFFECTS:

The active ingredient is naratriptan.
Each film-coated tablet contains: 2.5 mg naratriptan (as naratriptan hydrochloride).
The other ingredients are:
Tablet core: Lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.) [pflanzlich].
Film-coating: Hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), triacetin, iron oxide yellow (E172), indigo carmine aluminum lake (E132).
Dosage
Recommended use of Naratriptan Adgc For Migraine 2.5 mg Film-coated Tablets (Pack size: 2 tablets):
Adults aged 18 to 65 years should take one tablet whole with plenty of water for migraine.
If your symptoms begin to recur, you can take a second tablet after at least 4 hours, unless you have kidney or liver disease.
If you have kidney or liver disease, do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.
You should never take more than two tablets in 24 hours.
If the first tablet does not work, do not take a second tablet for the same attack.
Naratriptan Adgc For Migraine 2.5 mg film-coated tablets (pack size: 2 tablets) should only be taken when the migraine headache begins. Although they can be taken at any stage of an attack, it is best to take Naratriptan Adgc For Migraine 2.5 mg Film-coated Tablets (Pack Size: 2 pcs) as soon as you feel the first signs of a migraine.
Do not take Naratriptan Adgc For Migraine 2.5 mg Film-coated Tablets (Pack Size: 2 pcs) to prevent a migraine attack.
